HoloFOMO is a Pokémon Trading Card Game price-tracking web application operated as a sole proprietorship based in Norway. Contact: via the in-app support channel.
We do not collect payment data, addresses, phone numbers, or any sensitive identifiers.
Pricing data is sourced from public Pokémon TCG API and eBay public listing data via official APIs. We display only aggregated metrics (rolling averages, percentage changes, sale counts). We do not store, redistribute, or expose individual buyer/seller identifiers, item URLs, or raw transaction records.
Sales data is processed in-memory only and cached for up to 2 hours to reduce upstream API load. No raw sold-listing records are persisted to a database. Authentication tokens and sessions are stored in an encrypted key-value store (Upstash Redis). No eBay or pricing data is stored alongside auth data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We share aggregated, non-personal metrics within the application UI to authenticated users.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the in-app support channel. You can sign out at any time from the user menu. Browser-local watchlist data can be cleared from your browser settings.
HoloFOMO complies with the eBay Marketplace Account Deletion notification protocol. When a buyer or seller deletes their eBay account, any associated aggregated metrics involving their data are purged within 24 hours.
